The mission of this group is to support the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra’s education initiatives by underwriting a Masterworks concert each season that builds on the LSO’s 80-year tradition of education and outreach,
providing students from education-related organizations the opportunity to experience the power of a live symphonic performance.
Vision
Establish a new organization that will underwrite a Masterworks Concert annually where we will host students of an education-related organization
Celebrate friends in the Lubbock community who share a passion for music, education, and supporting the arts.
Eat, drink, and be merry!
Gatherings
Spring: Review the upcoming Lubbock Symphony concert season and select a concert to underwrite in support of students and families in an education-related organization.
Fall: Host a celebratory reception—either before or after the concert—to welcome and connect with the students, their families, and the musicians.
Founding member benefits
Members will receive a listing in Masterworks programs, recognition on the Buddy Holly Hall lobby monitors, and the opportunity to meet guest artists and musicians for the underwritten concert.
